Everything stayed pretty consistent this past week as compared to recent weeks. The big news of the week was Arrowhead Woods with 13 closed escrows (compared to 4 last week). There were 23 properties that successfully closed in the entire multiple listing service, covering Crestline, the Lake Arrowhead communities and the Running Springs areas. |
