The total number of homes currently for sale in our multiple listing service is up 45 single-family homes over the last week's time, bringing the inventory to exactly 908 units. There are now 133 homes in escrow and 13 properties successfully closed escrow (more than twice the previous week's solds). It was a big week for lakefront homes with 4 closed escrows. List-to-sale percentages for all sales over the last week averaged a solid 96.0% and averaged 95.2 days on the market. |
