The inventory continues to build with a whopping new listings added into the mix this past week (undoubtedly, sellers wanted to have their houses on the market for the holiday weekend). This brings the total number of homes currently for sale in our multiple listing service to exactly 850. Additionally, there are 112 homes in escrow. A dozen other properties successfully closed escrow over the last 7 days (same number as the prior week) with list-to-sale percentages averaging 91.3% (this number is greatly influenced by one home in Arrowhead Woods that was listed for $1,295,000 and sold for $808,000) and with an average of 159 days on market. |
