The inventory continues to build with 38 new listings added into the mix this past week. This brings the total number of homes currently for sale in our multiple listing service to 829. Additionally, there are exactly 100 homes in escrow. Nine other properties successfully closed escrow over the last 7 days with list-to-sale percentages averaging 95.3% and with an average of 240.875 (though this figure is significantly skewed because one home in Green Valley Lake sold after having been on the market since June 2006). |
