Total inventory (of single family homes) in our multiple listing service is up to 799 homes, while the number of home currently in escrow continues to hover around the century mark.

In addition to the houses in escrow, there are another 21 homes that are showing a status of "Contingent" in our MLS. In our current marketplace, this usually means that they have an accepted deal, but are waiting for final signatures to be received back from the bank (usually these are bank-owned or short sale deals).....9 of the contingent properties are short sales and 5 are bank-owned. The remaining 7 contingent properties probably represent "true" contingent sales (when the buyer must sell another property before they can perform on the new property).

There were 6 sales over the past week with the average list-to-sale percentage of 97.3% and the average number of days on market at 143.6 days.
