Total inventory (of single family homes) in our multiple listing service bumped up yet again to 741 homes. There are 86 homes that are in escrow right now. In addition to the houses in escrow, there are another 11 homes that are showing a status of "Contingent" in our MLS. This usually means that they have an accepted deal, but are waiting for final signatures to be received back from the bank (usually these are bank-owned or short sale deals).....5 of the contingent properties are short sales and 3 are bank-owned. |
