Total inventory (of single family homes) in our multiple listing service bumped up some more to 728 homes. There are 92 homes that are in escrow right now - another increase over last week's report. In addition to the 92 in escrow, there are another 7 homes that are showing a status of "Contingent" in our MLS. This usually means that they have an accepted deal, but are waiting for final signatures to be received back from the bank (usually these are bank-owned or short sale deals).....4 of the contingent properties are short sales and 3 are bank-owned. |
