Total inventory (of single family homes) in our multiple listing service bumped up a bit to 719 homes. There are 86 homes that are in escrow right now. The number of new listings was fairly up this past week, too, to 35 units (19 of which were in Arrowhead Woods - up from 4 the week before that). |
