Total inventory (of single family homes) in our multiple listing service stayed just about the same over the week prior at 722 homes. There are another 86 homes that are in escrow right now (this, also, was a near-identical match to last week's numbers. The number of new listings, though, was down quite a bit to 17 units (though this is likely attributed to the recent bad weather). |
