Numbers of total inventory continue to decline with the colder months looming on the horizon. Many owners are deciding to pull their homes off the market and wait for Spring - a tactic I usually do NOT encourage....it is hard to sell something that isn't for sale (not to mention that we live in a four-season area where many people are looking for a winter getaway for skiing and/or boarding, to enjoy snow falling on the trees, snowball fights, etc - we definitely DO sell homes in the Fall/Winter seasons). |
