The biggest news for this past week was in Arrowhead Woods. As predicted, the number of new listings was substantially higher as sellers rushed to get their homes listed prior to the holiday weekend. Thirty four new properties were added to the inventory in Arrowhead Woods, bringing the total number of active listings up to 437. |
