Active properties continue to rise (now up to 1069 from peak to peak). Lakefronts are one home away from 40 total listings available. I expect that new listings will keep going up over the next week with the 4th of July holiday on the horizon. We should probably see an increase in the number of price reductions as sellers position themselves for the numbers of people who will be coming to the area to celebrate our nation's birthday. |
