Still a good number of new listings are making their way onto the market. Of course, the push for most was to get their homes listed prior to the holiday weekend. It was a busy weekend on the mountain, though poor weather hampered some showings and open houses. Fifty four new listings from Crestline to Green Valley Lake this past week, 110 properties in escrow and, as last week, 9 properties sold (5 of them in Crestline). Not one single sale in Arrowhead Woods this week.... |
