New listings in Arrowhead Woods more than doubled the prior week's number with 32 (versus 14 for the previous 7 days). This puts the total inventory in Arrowhead Woods (not including, lots, lakefronts or condos) to 389 homes. There were 55 new listings in the entire multiple listing service (not including out of area listings) and there are currently 108 houses in escrow. Of the nine properties that sold this week, the average list to sale percentage was 91.625%, with sales in Running Springs dipping below 90% to 87.1%. We are seeing some very low days-on-market for homes that hit the market with prices to sell.... |
