This week there were 36 new listings from Crestline to Green Valley Lake and all areas in between. Fourteen listings mountain-wide successfully closed escrow with the average listing selling for 95% of the list price. Arrowhead Woods and Running Springs showed an average number of days on market of 228.6 and 418.7, respectively. Could this indicate that the old inventory is starting to move? Does this show that sellers are getting realistic with their prices or that buyers are becoming more convinced that now is the time to buy? I think some of each.... |
