WEEKLY MARKET UPDATE

Forty eight new listings in our MLS this week and 11 sales. Most areas showed marked decreases in average number of days on market and an increase in list to sale price percentages. This would indicate, to me, that buyers are coming into the market and are willing to pay what they feel are reasonable prices. I also feel, as I've mentioned before, that sellers at this time of year, are sticking closer to their list prices feeling that the majority of the "selling season" is still ahead. |
