| Here come the listings! As expected, listing numbers continue to climb - four weeks ago there were 26 new listings from Crestline, through Lake Arrowhead and up to Green Valley Lake (and everywhere in between). This week there are 50 new listings including two lakefront properties. Buyer activity is definitely increased and the media is starting to support the idea that now is the time to buy. |
