** Starting in November of 2008, we've compiled MONTHLY statistics for ALL the areas covered in our multiple listing service:  Lake Arrowhead (in three sections:  Arrowhead Woods, Lakefront properties and the surrounding communities of Arrowhead Villas, Cedar Glen, Deer Lodge Park, Twin Peaks, Rim Forest, Crest Park, Crest Estates and Skyforest), Crestline, and Running Springs (including the communities of Running Springs, Arrowbear and Green Valley Lake).  Beginning in 2009, we will expand to include ALL areas in our QUARTERLY and SEMI-ANNUAL statistics reports as well.....

The comparisons for 2006 vs. 2007 and for 2007 vs. 2008 are strictly for ARROWHEAD WOODS statistics only (until the November 2007 vs. November 2008 report) as compared monthly, quarterly and semi-annually to the prior year's activity.  This report is for single-family residences only and does not include lakefront homes, condos or lots.  We are tracking information regarding new listings and properties sold.  We are also looking at some of the averages - days on market and the list to sale percentages.  Click on each month for their respective figures.
