Lake Arrowhead Real Estate
Lake Arrowhead is a lifestyle, not a destination. It is a place unlike any other in Southern California. This website is to educate and inform you of the unique qualities of this mountain paradise. It is to show you that real estate goes far beyond bedrooms, lot lines, garages and topography. Real estate is about what an area has to offer you as a whole.
Therefore, this isn't your "standard" real estate website with the same content you have read time and again. Much of this site's content is derived from our everyday lives. It is based on a combined total of nearly 40 years of experiences growing up here, raising our children here and living here year-round. We have included sections dealing with the facets of life that form our community - everything from restaurants, to outdoor activities, to local flora and fauna, to school district information and more.
Of course, it is crucial to know and understand the real estate market, current trends and statistics. You need a Lake Arrowhead Realtor to advise you of what is and what is not a good investment and to explain the reasons why. You want a representative that is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and communicative. Because the mountains are unique, there are many issues in our real estate market that are unique as well. Let us guide you through a successful and pleasantly memorable real estate experience, from your first day looking around, to the close of escrow, and beyond.

Properties Outside of Arrowhead Woods
Perhaps activities that involve the lake are not your forte. Life in the mountains certainly doesn't demand that you put on water skis or own a boat. Perhaps your idea of "lifestyle" involves being surrounded by tall trees, barbecuing on the deck, taking long hikes, enjoying the quiet solitude of nature. Maybe your idea of "perfection" is watching the kids riding their bikes, heading up to the ski slopes in the winter, or reading a book by the fireplace. If that sounds "more like it" to you, there are many homes for sale outside of Arrowhead Woods that you can choose from.
Lake Arrowhead Communities
There are many sub-communities that surround Lake Arrowhead including: Skyforest, Cedar Glen, Arrowhead Villas, Deer Lodge Park, Twin Peaks, Rim Forest, Crest Park and Crest Estates. Let us show you why each of these areas are unique and wonderful. Here you'll find information about local schools, restaurants, events and activities in each of the Lake Arrowhead sub-communities. Crestline
Crestline offers a little bit of "both worlds." Crestline is home to Lake Gregory Regional Park that provides entertainment, fishing, water activities and more to the public. It is the area closest to the bottom of the hill and, therefore, has more mild winters and less snowfall. Many full-time residents commute to job off the mountain (see our page on the great schools located here). Many locals shops and restaurants are spread throughout town, so anything you could want or need is readily available. Crestline is a wonderful, peaceful place that many call "home." Find out the reasons why for yourself.

The Running Springs communities are comprised of three areas: Running Springs, Arrowbear and Green Valley Lake. These are the highest communities in elevation and, therefore, tend to accumulate more snow in the winter months. The daytime temperatures are usually cool and refreshing most of the year. There are extraordinary trees, fabulous neighborhoods and lots of events held each year throughout these communities that keep people coming back year after year - many make their primary residences here (the schools here are fabulous).
